As I mentioned earlier I’ve been going to the gym almost every day and I can’t seem to see the results of my workout. The problem is my eating habit; I envy to some people no matter how much they eat they seem to maintain their weight or never gain any weight at all. Just like hubby and miss J they eat a lot and never gain any weight at all. I get frustrated just the thought of it, I guess appetite suppressant might help my frustration and help me loss some weight.
